## Pricing (all prices plus VAT)
Virtual tours are priced by scene count. A scene is one 360 viewpoint, a spot
where a visitor can stand and look around. Most rooms need one or two scenes;
open spaces need one every few metres.

- Small: £525 - Up to 10 × 360 scenes. Suits: Smaller retailers, restaurants and cafés in single main spaces
- Medium: £825 - Up to 20 × 360 scenes. Suits: Slightly larger spaces with key areas - clinics, showrooms, gyms
- Large: £950 - Up to 30 × 360 scenes. Suits: Multiple large areas - event venues, heritage sites, civic centres
- XL: +£300 - Per additional 10 scenes over 30. Suits: Hotels, universities, larger event venues

## Key facts
- VAT: All prices are plus VAT.
- Payment terms: A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
- Travel: Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
- Turnaround: Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
- Google publishing: Usually 24 to 48 hours after we upload, though it can occasionally take longer. That stage sits with Google's own quality control team, so it is the one part of the process outside our control.
- Shoot duration: Anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the space.
- Hosting: Google virtual tours have no hosting fee at all. Matterport and enhanced tours are hosted at £60 per year per tour, paid by the client.
- Ownership: We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
- Reshoots: A reshoot is quoted at full price, but get in touch before you assume that. There are cases where we can offer a returning-client rate, particularly on multi-site estates.
