Architectural photography is where it all started for us, and as such, is one of our favourite services we offer.
Where it all started for us
Architectural photography is where this company began, and it is still the service we enjoy most. Before there were virtual tours there were buildings, and the discipline of reading a space, waiting for the right light and finding the angle that makes a room feel the way it does when you are standing in it is the same discipline that makes our 360 work good.
We have photographed City of London offices including 160 Aldersgate for Castleforge, new-build schemes for ARCO Developments across Barnet, Southgate and Welwyn Garden City, Original BTC's showroom in Paris, and the Business Design Centre in Islington. Different buildings, same approach: composition first, then light, then the details that carry the story.

How it works
Photography, start to finish
A straightforward shoot-to-delivery process, with edited images in your hands within 4 to 10 working days.

Brief and quote
Tell us what the images are for: a website, portal listings, a brochure, recruitment. What they are used for changes how we shoot them. You get a written quote within 15 minutes during business hours.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours depending on the size of the space. Exterior and twilight work is booked to a specific light window, and we will move the date rather than deliver images shot in poor conditions.

Editing and colour correction
Full post-production is included: selects, retouching and colour correction. You are not handed a folder of raw files to sort through.

Delivery
Images are delivered web-ready and print-ready once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
Commercial photography - your questions answered
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
