Some buildings cannot be photographed from the ground. Large sites, developments, estates and venues with grounds all need height to make sense of them, and a single aerial frame often does the work of a whole gallery.
All aerial work is flown by qualified, insured operators, with the airspace permissions handled before the shoot rather than discovered on the day.

How it works
Photography, start to finish
A straightforward shoot-to-delivery process, with edited images in your hands within 4 to 10 working days.

Brief and quote
Tell us what the images are for: a website, portal listings, a brochure, recruitment. What they are used for changes how we shoot them. You get a written quote within 15 minutes during business hours.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours depending on the size of the space. Exterior and twilight work is booked to a specific light window, and we will move the date rather than deliver images shot in poor conditions.

Editing and colour correction
Full post-production is included: selects, retouching and colour correction. You are not handed a folder of raw files to sort through.

Delivery
Images are delivered web-ready and print-ready once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

Are you licensed and insured to fly?
Yes. All aerial work is flown by qualified, insured operators and we handle the airspace permissions required for your location.
Can you fly anywhere in London?
Not everywhere. Parts of central London sit in restricted airspace, and some sites need additional permissions. We check this before quoting so you know at the outset rather than on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Drones do not fly safely in high wind or heavy rain, so aerial shoots are booked with weather contingency. We would rather move the date than deliver a compromised shot.
How much does aerial photography cost?
From £650 plus VAT. Where aerial is added to a ground shoot on the same visit it is considerably cheaper, because the crew is already on site.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
