An event is over in hours; the film works for years. We cover the setup, the arrivals, the keynotes and the candid moments, then cut a highlights film for your marketing and shorter versions for social while the buzz is still live.
We filmed the Real Farmer's Market London launch, and photographed Caffè Culture at the Business Design Centre, so we are comfortable working a busy floor without getting in the way of it.

How it works
Video, start to finish
A production rather than a shoot, so there is a concept stage at the front and an edit stage at the back.

Concept and quote
We work out what the film needs to do before anyone picks up a camera: who it is for, where it will be seen, and how long it should run. Social cuts, a homepage hero and a full brand film are different jobs and are quoted differently.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Planned around your business, with the setup and lighting that the concept calls for. If you are also having a virtual tour or photography, we capture it on the same visit so you only pay for the setup once.

The edit
Grading, sound, music and motion graphics as required, then a first cut for your review. Revisions are agreed at the quoting stage so you know exactly what is included.

Delivery
The final film, plus any social cuts specified in the brief, delivered once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How quickly can we have the film?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. For events we work at the faster end of that range, because the value drops the further you get from the day. Tell us if you need a social cut sooner and we will plan for it.
Can you cover a multi-day event?
Yes. Multi-day coverage is quoted by the number of days and crew required, and we can deliver a daily social cut alongside the final highlights film.
How much does event video cost?
From £1,450 plus VAT for single-day coverage. Booking event photography from the same day costs less than two separate crews.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
