Virtual tours for property and industrial

Inspect, document and market a building remotely.

Property, construction and industrial clients use tours as working tools, not just marketing. A measured 3D capture lets an investor inspect from abroad, a site manager evidence progress on a given date, and a manufacturer open their facility to an audit without stopping the line. The same capture then doubles as the marketing asset when the building is ready to sell or let.

  • Remote inspection for buyers, investors and auditors
  • Time-stamped documentation of site progress
  • Marketing-ready imagery from the same visit
Live now: The Embassy Waltham Cross, 11 scenes. Walk it exactly as their customers do.

A working tool, not just a marketing asset

Property, construction and industrial clients use tours differently from everyone else. A measured 3D capture lets an investor inspect a building from another country, a site manager evidence exactly what was built on a given date, and a manufacturer open their facility to a supplier audit without stopping the line.

We have documented new-build schemes for ARCO Developments in Barnet, Southgate and Welwyn Garden City, photographed City of London assets including 160 Aldersgate for Castleforge, and shot industrial facilities for engineering firms.

The same capture markets the building later

The work you commission to document a site becomes the marketing when it completes. Progress captures at foundations, first fix, second fix and completion give you an indisputable record during the build and a ready library when it is time to sell or let.

For commercial space, a Matterport capture with in-built measurements often takes a deal to heads of terms without an overseas party ever flying in.

Property and Industrial - your questions, answered.

Can viewers take measurements from the tour?
Yes. Matterport tours include a measurement tool accurate enough for space planning, alongside dollhouse and floor plan views that make layout discussions straightforward.
How often should a construction site be captured?
Monthly captures suit most builds, with extra visits at key milestones. We agree the schedule up front and shoot the same route each time, so the captures are directly comparable over the life of the project.
Do your photographers work to site safety rules?
Yes. Full PPE, site inductions, RAMS on request and CSCS-carded photographers where required. We work to your site manager's schedule rather than the other way round.
Can we keep proprietary processes out of an industrial tour?
Yes. We plan the route with you and exclude sensitive lines or equipment entirely. Private tours can also sit behind a password rather than being published to Google.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
