Virtual tours for travel and tourism
A taste of the experience that drives the booking.
A virtual tour does not replace the trip, it sells it. Attractions, charter operators and travel businesses use tours to let people experience enough to commit: the deck of the yacht, the cabin, the entrance and the highlights. Trip planning happens on Google Maps, so an attraction with a rich 360 presence wins the itinerary over one that is just a pin. For outdoor sites, our Street View mapping can cover the routes, grounds and trails that Google never captured.
- Inspire bookings with an immersive preview
- Help visitors plan with confidence before they travel
- Cover outdoor routes and grounds with Street View mapping

A taste of the experience, not a spoiler
A virtual tour doesn't replace a day out - it sells one. Visitors who can preview an attraction plan longer visits, pre-book with more confidence and arrive already knowing what they want to see first.
From cultural landmarks like the Roundhouse to visitor attractions across the UK, we shoot spaces that trade on experience - and make the online version earn the real one.
Put your attraction on the map - literally
A Google tour appears directly on Maps and Search, exactly where day-trippers and tourists are deciding what to do. An enhanced tour layers on plan-your-visit hotspots: ticket links, accessibility information, café menus and opening hours where visitors need them.
Group organisers and coach operators use tours to assess access and facilities before booking - one more sale the tour closes on its own.
“Really want to say thank you to the Biztour team for creating an amazing 360 virtual tour of our warehouse. Their attention to detail was impeccable and we are already seeing a huge increase of interest from our clients to come and visit in person. Great wo...”
Travel and Tourism - your questions, answered.
- How much does an attraction virtual tour cost?
- It scales with your site: compact attractions fit Medium (£825), larger sites use Large (£950) plus £300 per additional ten scenes. Outdoor spaces can be included in the capture plan.
- Won't a tour stop people visiting?
- The evidence points the other way - previews inspire visits, help people plan and reduce uncertainty for families and accessibility-conscious visitors. You control what's shown and what stays a surprise.
- Can the tour include ticketing links?
- Yes - an enhanced tour carries hotspots for tickets, memberships, café menus and events, placed exactly where interest peaks.
- Can you shoot when we're closed to the public?
- Yes, most attraction shoots happen outside opening hours so spaces are clear and visitors aren't in shot.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
