Virtual tours for accommodation
Turn lookers into bookers.
Guests want to see the actual room, not a stock shot of a room like it. Whether you run a hotel, a set of serviced apartments, a bed and breakfast or a handful of cabins, a virtual tour removes booking anxiety by showing exactly what someone is paying for. That lifts direct bookings, which are the ones you keep the margin on. It also arms your sales team: a corporate booker or a couple planning a wedding can walk your function rooms from a laptop, anywhere in the world, at any hour.

- Lift direct bookings by removing booking anxiety

Turn lookers into bookers
Guests have been burned by wide-angle room photos before. What reduces booking anxiety - and lifts direct bookings past the OTAs - is seeing the actual room, the actual lobby, the actual view.
Marriott Bonvoy is among the hospitality brands on our client list, and our film work includes aerial capture of pools, terraces and grounds.
One asset, three sales teams
A hotel tour sells three times over: to leisure guests choosing a room, to couples scouting a wedding venue, and to corporate planners booking conferences and group business - your MICE team can walk a client through the ballroom from a laptop in another country.
Hotels typically use our XL tier, and most pair the tour with video and photography in a single capture window to keep costs down.
“I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! Theo was super communicative, and was really flexible to help us hit our deadlines. He also has great attention to detail and wouldn't take an...”

Accommodation - your questions, answered.
- How much does a hotel virtual tour cost?
- Hotels usually start at our Large tier (£950, up to 30 scenes) plus £300 per additional ten scenes - covering room categories, suites, F&B and event spaces. We scope it room-type by room-type when we quote.
- Do you shoot every room?
- No - one exemplar of each room category is the standard approach, alongside suites, public areas, dining and event spaces. That keeps the tour tight and the cost sensible.
- Can the tour help sell weddings and conferences?
- It's often the strongest use. Planners and couples can scout your event spaces remotely, and your sales team can present the ballroom on any call - no site visit needed for the shortlist stage.
- Can we combine the tour with a film?
- Yes, and most hotels should - a film draws the audience in, the tour lets them explore. Shooting both in one capture window saves significantly on costs.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
