Virtual tours for wedding venues

Get on the shortlist before the first viewing.

Couples plan weddings from a laptop, often late at night and often from another city. They build a shortlist of three or four venues long before anyone books a viewing, and if they cannot picture themselves in your space you are not on it.

  • Get shortlisted by couples planning remotely or from abroad
  • Show ceremony, reception and grounds as one connected space
  • Cut show-arounds that were never going to book
  • Carry your brochure and enquiry form inside the tour

Why it works for this sector

Wedding enquiries are unusually high-consideration and unusually emotional. The couple are trying to imagine one specific day: where the ceremony happens, where guests have drinks, what the room looks like dressed. Photographs of somebody else's wedding help, but they also raise a doubt, because the couple cannot tell what is the venue and what is the styling.

A virtual tour settles it. They walk the ceremony room, the reception space and the grounds at their own pace, and see the venue as it actually is. For destination couples and anyone planning from abroad, it is the only way they will see your venue before committing to a viewing.

It also protects your team's time. Wedding show-arounds take an hour and a half and most do not convert. When the couple has already toured online, the ones who come are serious.

How big a tour do you need?

Most wedding venues need 20 to 30 scenes to cover the ceremony room, reception space, bar, grounds and getting-ready rooms, which is our Large tier at £950.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Wedding Venues virtual tours - your questions answered

Should we capture the venue dressed or empty?

Dressed, if you can. An empty room asks the couple to do imaginative work; a dressed room does it for them. Many venues capture the space set for a wedding immediately before or after a real event, which costs nothing extra in setup.

Can couples enquire from inside the tour?

With an enhanced tour, yes. Hotspots can carry capacity details, your wedding brochure and an enquiry form, placed in the room the couple is standing in when they decide.

How much does a wedding venue tour cost?

Most wedding venues sit in the Large tier at £950. The enhanced layer is £495 on top. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
