Virtual tours for orchestra venues
Rehearsal, recording and performance space, shown in full.
Orchestral spaces are hired for three different things: performance, rehearsal and recording. Each has different requirements, and a tour is the fastest way to show that your room can do all three.
- Show performance, rehearsal and recording use in one tour
- Present platform size and room proportions clearly
- Support hire enquiries from producers and fixers
- Capture ancillary spaces that make a booking work
Why it works for this sector
Recording and rehearsal hire is a significant revenue stream for orchestral venues, and the enquiries come from people who care about specifics: the height of the room, the acoustic treatment, the platform size, whether there is a control room.
A tour that covers the platform, the seating and the ancillary spaces lets a fixer or producer assess suitability immediately, rather than exchanging emails about dimensions for a week.
How big a tour do you need?
An orchestral hall with platform, seating and ancillary rooms typically fits our Large tier at £950.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
Orchestra Venues virtual tours - your questions answered
Can the tour support recording hire enquiries?
Yes, and it is one of the strongest uses. Producers want to see the room proportions, the platform and any control or green room space before they book, and a tour answers all of it at once.
Can you capture the space set up in different ways?
Yes. A hall set for a full orchestra reads very differently from the same hall set for chamber music, and showing both makes the room look more versatile than a single capture would.
How much does an orchestral venue tour cost?
Typically £950 for up to 30 scenes. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
What orchestra venues clients book
