Video Tours

Walk them through the place before they arrive.

A video tour is a guided film of your premises: the route a visitor would take, cut down to a couple of minutes, with every room lit and shot so it looks the way it does on a good day.

A 360 tour lets someone explore at their own pace. A video tour makes those decisions for them, and that is the point of it. We choose the route, the order the rooms arrive in, the details that earn a close-up and the pace the whole thing moves at, so the space is understood inside the time most people are willing to give it.

It works hardest where atmosphere is the product. Our Flannels store launch film moves across the floor the way a customer does, and the Highlux showroom film treats a lit wardrobe display as something worth lingering on. The same thinking carries into an office, a clinic, a restaurant or a gym: show the room, show it in use, keep it moving.

The finished film goes where an interactive tour cannot always follow. It autoplays on a homepage, cuts down into vertical clips for Instagram and TikTok, sits inside an email campaign, and plays on a screen at an exhibition stand without anyone having to click and drag.

  • A guided route through the premises, cut to a length people finish
  • Lit and graded to flatter the space, not just document it
  • Vertical social cut-downs supplied alongside the main film
  • Costs less when we film it during the same visit as a tour or photography

How it works

Video, start to finish

A production rather than a shoot, so there is a concept stage at the front and an edit stage at the back.

  1. 0115 min response

    Concept and quote

We work out what the film needs to do before anyone picks up a camera: who it is for, where it will be seen, and how long it should run. Social cuts, a homepage hero and a full brand film are different jobs and are quoted differently.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Planned around your business, with the setup and lighting that the concept calls for. If you are also having a virtual tour or photography, we capture it on the same visit so you only pay for the setup once.

  4. 0425% on completion

    The edit

Grading, sound, music and motion graphics as required, then a first cut for your review. Revisions are agreed at the quoting stage so you know exactly what is included.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Delivery

The final film, plus any social cuts specified in the brief, delivered once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

Video Tours - your questions answered

How long should a video tour be?

We aim for ninety seconds to three minutes: long enough to cover the rooms that matter, short enough that people reach the end. You usually get one main film plus shorter cuts for social and email.

Is a video tour the same as a virtual tour?

No. A virtual tour is interactive, so the visitor clicks through the space in whatever order they like. A video tour is a film, so we choose the route and they watch. The two work well together: the tour for people who want to explore, the film for your homepage and social.

Do you have to close the premises to film?

Rarely. Most video tours are shot early, late or around the quiet hours, with the route planned in advance so the crew is in and out. If you would rather have people in shot, we film during opening hours and brief anyone who appears on camera.

How much does a video tour cost?

From £1,450 plus VAT for a single premises. Larger sites, several locations or added drone work are quoted per project, and it comes in lower when we shoot the film in the same visit as a virtual tour or photography.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
