Virtual tours for hair and beauty

The chair, the light and the finish - before they book.

Choosing a salon is a leap of faith: people are trusting you with how they look. A virtual tour removes the guesswork, showing the chairs, the styling stations, the treatment rooms and the standard of finish before anyone picks up the phone. It answers the questions clients never quite ask - is it clean, is it modern, will I feel comfortable here.

  • Show the standard of your space before the first booking
  • Put nervous first-time clients at ease
  • Stand out on Google when people search salons nearby
Live now: Pall Mall Barbers Oxford Circus, 7 scenes. Walk it exactly as their customers do.

People book a salon on trust, and trust is visual

Handing someone your hair is a leap of faith, and every new client makes it based on almost nothing: a few photos, a star rating and a guess. A virtual tour replaces the guess. It shows the chairs, the basins, the treatment rooms and the standard of finish, so the person deciding at eleven at night can see exactly what they are walking into.

It matters most for first-time clients, who are the hardest to win and the most likely to hesitate. Seeing a clean, modern, welcoming space removes the last objection before they tap to book.

What a salon shoot covers

Reception and waiting area, the styling floor, wash stations, treatment and beauty rooms, and the details that show your standard: the products on the shelf, the mirrors, the lighting. Most salons and barbers fit our Small tier at £525, captured in two to three hours before opening.

Add interior photography from the same visit and the images feed your website, your booking platform and your social channels, which is where most salon discovery actually happens.

Hair and Beauty - your questions, answered.

How much does a virtual tour cost for a salon or barbers?
Most salons and barbershops fit our Small tier at £525, which covers up to 10 scenes: reception, the styling floor, wash stations and treatment rooms. Larger multi-floor salons usually land in the Medium tier at £825.
When would you shoot so the salon looks its best?
Before opening, or on a closure day. The space is pristine, there are no clients in frame and there is no disruption to your column. Most shoots take two to three hours.
Will clients or staff appear in the tour?
Only if you want them to, and only with their written consent. Most salons prefer a clean empty capture so the focus stays on the space and the standard of finish.
Can the tour link to our booking system?
With an enhanced tour, yes. Hotspots can open your booking platform, price list or treatment menu from inside the tour itself, so someone can go from looking to booked without leaving it.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
