- How much does a campus virtual tour cost?
- Schools and smaller colleges often fit our Large tier (£950, up to 30 scenes); universities and multi-building campuses use XL at £300 per additional ten scenes. We'll scope it precisely when we quote.
- Can you shoot without students on site?
- Yes - most education shoots are scheduled for evenings, weekends or holidays, so there are no safeguarding concerns and no disruption to teaching.
- How long does a campus shoot take?
- A school typically takes a day; a university campus may take longer depending on buildings and grounds. We confirm exactly what's needed when we quote.
- Can international applicants use the tour easily?
- The tour runs in any modern browser with nothing to install, anywhere in the world - which is exactly where it earns its keep for international recruitment.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
