Virtual tours for entertainment
Atmosphere is the product. Show it.
Nightclubs, bars, casinos and galleries live and die on atmosphere, and atmosphere is exactly what a flat photo cannot carry. A 360 tour lets people feel the room before they choose it - the lighting, the layout, the scale of the floor - which is what decides a group booking, a private hire or a night out.
- Sell the room, not just the drinks list
- Win private hire and group bookings
- Show refits and new spaces the day they open
Atmosphere is the product, and photos cannot carry it
Nightclubs, bars, casinos and galleries all sell the same thing: how a room feels when you are standing in it. That is precisely what a flat photograph fails to convey. A 360 tour lets someone feel the scale of the floor, the lighting, the layout and the mood before they choose you over the venue down the road.
We have captured venues across London including the Roundhouse in Camden, whose enhanced tour has run for over six years and averages more than a minute of engagement per session, which is exactly the dwell time a venue hire call to action needs.
Where it earns its money: group and private bookings
Walk-ins do not research. Group bookers, party organisers and private hire enquiries do, and they are choosing on behalf of other people, which makes them cautious. A tour lets them see the booth, the private room or the terrace before committing, and an enhanced tour puts the enquiry form right there when they are convinced.
For galleries, a tour is also an archive: when a temporary exhibition comes down, the capture remains for education programmes, funding reports and remote audiences.
“WOW! We spoke to a lovely gentleman called Theo at Biztour who has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would recommend this company for any virtual tour or even photography needs, you will be in good hands! Useful Report Nemesis Tattoo Pier...”

Entertainment - your questions, answered.
- How much does a virtual tour cost for a bar or nightclub?
- A single-room venue usually fits our Small tier at £525. Multi-floor venues with private areas and terraces typically land in the Large tier at £950.
- Can you shoot a venue lit the way it actually trades?
- Yes, and for nightlife venues we recommend it. We capture the room lit as it is on a busy night, because the atmosphere is what sells it. Low light and coloured lighting are a technical speciality for us.
- Can people enquire about private hire from inside the tour?
- With an enhanced tour, yes. The Roundhouse tour carries What's On and Venue Hire buttons inside the experience, and clicks can go wherever you want them to: a booking form, an email or a phone number.
- How do you handle artwork copyright in a gallery?
- We work to your loan agreements. Individual works can be excluded or captured only with the rights holder's consent, and the tour can be edited or taken down when a loan ends.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
