Pre-Selling the Night Out

Lit like it trades, not like it's being cleaned. That's the whole job.

A group deciding where to drink or dance is making a fast, collective decision, usually on a phone, usually comparing three or four places within walking distance. The venue they can actually see properly is the one the group chat settles on.

A nightclub photographed under house lights looks like an empty warehouse. Photographed lit as it trades, it looks like a night out. That difference is the entire marketing problem for this sector, and it's exactly what a proper tour solves.

  • Settles the group's decision with a real view of the room, not a menu or a floor plan
  • Sells booths, tables and private areas by showing exactly what a booking gets
  • Shows promoters and event bookers the floor size and the rig properly
  • Bars fit Medium (£825) typically; clubs across multiple floors need Large (£950)

Atmosphere is the product, and it's invisible in a menu

A tour shows the layout, the seating, the lighting and whether the place has the character a group is actually after, which is what settles the argument in a group chat far more effectively than a cocktail list ever will. For a club specifically, capturing a 360 scene from the middle of the dancefloor, lit and trading, communicates the size of the floor and the atmosphere instantly, in a way a wide daylight shot of an empty room never could.

Where this pays back fastest: private hire

Table and booth bookings carry the highest margin in this sector, and showing exactly what a booking gets someone, the actual booth, its position relative to the dancefloor or bar, removes the uncertainty that stops a group committing. With an enhanced tour, each booth or private area can carry its own capacity, minimum spend and booking link as a hotspot, placed exactly where the booking applies.

Shooting in real club lighting

Low light and coloured lighting are a genuine technical speciality, not an afterthought, and we recommend shooting in it rather than under house lights, because a club shot under house lights sells nothing at all. Most bars need our Medium tier at £825 with private areas; clubs across multiple floors typically need Large at £950.

Questions people ask

Can you shoot in club or bar lighting, not just daylight?

Yes, and we recommend it. Low light and coloured lighting are a technical speciality, and a venue shot under house lights sells nothing.

Can we show what a booth or table booking includes?

Yes. With an enhanced tour each booth can carry its capacity, minimum spend and booking link as a hotspot.

How much does a bar or nightclub tour cost?

Bars from £525 for a single room, or £825 for multiple floors and private areas. Nightclubs typically £825 to £950 across multiple floors. All prices are plus VAT.
