The Roundhouse main space in Camden under full show lighting

Virtual tours for bars

The room decides where the group goes.

A group deciding where to drink is making a fast collective decision, usually on a phone, usually comparing three or four places within walking distance. The bar they can see is the one they go to.

  • Settle the group decision with a real view of the room
  • Win private hire and area bookings
  • Show a refit the week it opens
  • Appear on Google Maps for local drinking searches

Why it works for this sector

Atmosphere is the product and it is invisible in a menu. A tour shows the layout, the seating, the lighting and whether the place has the character the group is after, which is what settles the argument in the group chat.

Private hire is where it pays back fastest. Showing the snug, the mezzanine or the private room properly wins bookings that competitors lose by leaving it to imagination.

How big a tour do you need?

Most bars need our Medium tier at £825 with private areas and multiple floors.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Bars virtual tours - your questions answered

When should we shoot a bar?

Lit as it trades, usually just before opening. The lighting is what carries the atmosphere, and daylight captures rarely do a bar any favours.

Can we show private hire areas separately?

Yes. An enhanced tour can carry hire details, minimum spends and an enquiry form on each private area.

How much does a bar tour cost?

From £525 for a single room, or £825 for multiple floors and private areas. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
