Virtual tours for galleries

Culture, open 24 hours a day.

Virtual tours extend your exhibitions beyond your walls and opening hours - reaching remote audiences, supporting education programmes and preserving shows long after they close.

  • Preserve temporary exhibitions permanently
  • Reach global and remote audiences
  • Support schools and education programmes

Culture, open 24 hours a day

Exhibitions close; tours don't. Capturing a show in 360 preserves it permanently - for the audiences who missed it, the schools who study it and the funders who supported it.

Beyond preservation, a tour extends your reach past your postcode: remote and international audiences, access-limited visitors and researchers can all walk your galleries from anywhere.

Made for education and funding cases

Education teams use tours as classroom resources long after a show closes - a permanent, curriculum-friendly record of what was on your walls. And when funding applications ask about reach and access, a virtual tour is concrete evidence rather than a promise.

For institutions with a strong brand, a bespoke tour interface puts your identity around the experience - navigation, interpretation and donation prompts included.

Galleries virtual tours - your questions answered

How much does a gallery virtual tour cost?

A single exhibition typically fits our Medium tier (£825). Whole-institution captures are scoped room by room - larger sites use Large (£950) plus £300 per additional ten scenes.

Can you capture temporary exhibitions before they close?

Yes - this is one of our most common gallery requests. Tell us the closing date and we'll schedule capture and delivery around it.

What about artwork copyright?

You control what's captured and published. We plan the route with your curatorial team, and rights considerations for individual works stay in your hands.

Can interpretation be added to the tour?

Yes - an enhanced tour can hang labels, audio, video and links on individual works, effectively building a self-guided tour into the capture.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
