Virtual tours for services and experience

Show the premises behind the service.

When the service is the product, the premises are the proof. Tattoo studios, car servicing centres, estate agents and specialist retailers all get judged on the space before the work - and a virtual tour turns that judgement in your favour, showing standards, equipment and welcome before a customer commits.

  • Prove your standards before the first visit
  • Build confidence in a high-trust purchase
  • Strengthen your Google Business Profile

When the service is the product, the premises are the proof

Tattoo studios, car servicing centres, estate agents and specialist retailers all get judged before a word is exchanged. Customers are asking whether the place looks professional, clean and legitimate, and they are answering that question from their phone. A virtual tour answers it in your favour, showing standards, equipment and welcome before anyone commits to walking in.

It matters most where the purchase carries risk. Nobody hands over their car, their skin or the sale of their house to a business that looks like it has something to hide.

Built for high-trust, high-consideration decisions

For estate agents the tour does double duty: it shows your own office while demonstrating exactly the technology you can offer vendors for their property, which is a powerful thing to have on your instructions pitch.

Most single-premises businesses fit our Small tier at £525, shot in a couple of hours around your opening times.

No. We plan the route with you in advance and work around your opening hours, often shooting before you open. A typical premises takes two to three hours.
Can we keep certain areas out of the tour?
Yes. You decide exactly which areas are captured, and nothing is published until you have approved every scene. Back offices, customer records and staff areas are routinely excluded.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
