Virtual tours for event venues

Let planners scout your venue from anywhere in the world.

Event planners build their shortlist online, months before anyone visits. A 360 virtual tour puts your venue on that shortlist by answering the questions that decide it: how big is the room really, where are the sightlines, what does it look like dressed, how do the spaces connect. We have toured some of London's most recognisable venues, including the Roundhouse in Camden, Exhibition London and the Business Design Centre. For larger buildings we build enhanced tours with a navigation menu, so a planner can jump straight to the main hall, the studio or the bar rather than getting lost between floors.

  • Get onto shortlists drawn up remotely, before any site visit
  • Show capacities, layouts and sightlines interactively
  • Put venue hire calls to action inside the tour itself
  • Cut the time your team spends on unqualified viewings
Live now: Hedsor House, 267 scenes. Walk it exactly as their customers do.

Get on shortlists you'd never otherwise see

Event planners shortlist venues from their desks - often from another country. If they can't check your sightlines, capacities and layouts online, they move to a venue where they can.

We have shot some of London's best-known event spaces, including the Business Design Centre in Islington, Exhibition London and the Roundhouse in Camden - where our enhanced tour carries venue-hire menus and enquiry buttons inside the tour itself.

One capture, every configuration

A venue tour works hardest when it answers planners' real questions: how the room looks theatre-style versus banquet, where the AV lives, how guests flow from reception to the main space. We plan the route with your events team so the tour sells the way you sell.

Matterport capture adds accurate measurements planners can take straight into their floor plans - one less site visit before they commit.

Event Venues - your questions, answered.

How much does a venue virtual tour cost?
Larger venues typically fall in our Large tier (£950, up to 30 scenes) with £300 per additional ten scenes beyond that. An enhanced tour with interactive hire information adds £495.
Can planners take measurements from the tour?
Yes - Matterport tours capture accurate measurements within the tour, so planners can check staging, capacities and access without a site visit.
Can we show the venue dressed for an event?
Absolutely, and it converts well. Many venues capture both a clean empty state and a dressed configuration so planners can see the potential and the blank canvas.
Will the tour work on our website and agency listings?
The tour is hosted and embeddable anywhere - your website, venue directories and proposals - and a Google tour appears directly on your Maps listing.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
