Conference and exhibition buyers are professionals working to a brief: floor area, ceiling height, power, loading access, breakout capacity. They're comparing your venue against three others on a spreadsheet, and the venue that answers the technical questions fastest tends to win.

What a floor plan can't show you
A tour of an exhibition floor does something a CAD drawing cannot: it shows the actual volume of the space, the real sightlines, and the pillars that a floor plan makes look harmless until someone's stand is built around one on the day. Organisers who've been caught out by a venue that looked bigger on paper understand exactly why that matters.
Remote pitching, at scale
The commercial case is straightforward: your sales team can walk an international organiser through the venue on a video call, at any hour, without either party flying anywhere. For a venue competing for bookings from organisers who may never visit in person before signing, that's a genuine advantage over a venue that only has a floor plan and a handful of wide shots to offer.
Shooting around live events
We routinely shoot during build-up, breakdown, or in the gap between events, so an operating venue doesn't need to find a dead period to get captured. If you want the venue shown live with an audience in it, that's possible too, with consent arrangements agreed in advance. Exhibition venues usually need our Large tier at £950 for up to 30 scenes, or the XL rate for multi-hall sites.

Can you shoot around a live event?
Yes. We routinely shoot during build-up, breakdown or in the gap between events. Capturing the venue live with an audience is possible too, with consent arrangements agreed in advance.
Can the tour carry technical specifications?
With an enhanced tour, yes. Hotspots can hold floor loadings, power, rigging points, capacities and downloadable floor plans, positioned in the part of the hall they apply to.
How much does a conference or exhibition venue tour cost?
Most sites need our Large tier at £950 for up to 30 scenes, or the XL rate of £300 per additional 10 scenes for multi-hall sites. All prices are plus VAT.
