Virtual tours for conference and exhibition venues

Let organisers scout your floor from another continent.

Conference and exhibition buyers are professionals working to a brief: floor area, ceiling height, power, loading access, breakout capacity. They are comparing your venue against three others on a spreadsheet, and the venue that answers the technical questions fastest tends to win.

  • Answer floor area and sightline questions instantly
  • Support remote pitching to international organisers
  • Show the venue in build-up, live and empty states
  • Carry technical specs as hotspots inside the tour

Why it works for this sector

A tour of an exhibition floor does something a floor plan cannot: it shows the volume of the space, the sightlines, the pillars that the CAD drawing makes look harmless. Organisers who have been caught out by a venue that looked bigger on paper will tell you why that matters.

We photograph the Business Design Centre in Islington, one of London's busiest exhibition venues, and shot Caffè Culture on its floor. Working around live event build-up and breakdown is normal for us.

The commercial case is straightforward: your sales team can walk an international organiser through the venue on a video call, at any hour, without either party flying anywhere.

How big a tour do you need?

Exhibition venues usually need our Large tier at £950 for up to 30 scenes, or the XL rate of £300 per additional 10 scenes for multi-hall sites.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Conference and Exhibition Venues virtual tours - your questions answered

Can you shoot around a live event?

Yes. We routinely shoot during build-up, breakdown or in the gap between events. If you want the venue captured live with an audience in it, that is possible too, with consent arrangements agreed in advance.

Can the tour carry technical specifications?

With an enhanced tour, yes. Hotspots can hold floor loadings, power, rigging points, capacities and downloadable floor plans, positioned in the part of the hall they apply to.

How much does an exhibition venue tour cost?

Large venues start at £950 for up to 30 scenes, with additional scenes at £300 per 10. Multi-hall sites are quoted as one project. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
