Virtual tours for studios

Let hirers see the space before they book the day.

Photography, film and music studios are hired on specifics: ceiling height, floor space, natural light, the live room, the kit. A virtual tour answers all of it at once, so the enquiries you get are from people who already know the space fits their shoot or session - and the ones that would have wasted your day never book.

  • Answer the space questions before the enquiry
  • Show kit, rigging and live rooms in context
  • Cut wasted viewings and cancelled bookings

Studios are hired on specifics, so show the specifics

Nobody books a studio on vibes. They book on ceiling height, floor area, natural light, blackout, the live room, the control room and the kit. Every one of those questions arrives by email, and every one of them is answered instantly by a virtual tour.

The result is fewer enquiries and better ones. The people who would have booked and then discovered the space did not fit their shoot never get that far, and the people who do book already know exactly what they are getting.

What a studio shoot covers

The main floor or live room, the control room, cycloramas and backdrops, kitchen and green room, loading access and parking. For music studios we capture the desk and the booth; for film and photography studios, the rigging, power and blackout.

Most single studios fit our Small tier at £525. Complexes with several rooms usually land in the Medium tier at £825, and an enhanced tour can carry the technical specification of each room as a hotspot inside it.

Thank you for helping us shoot the google. virtual tour of our school. Very friendly team and great tool to help parents during the current Covid 19 situation. Would definitely recommend. Useful Report Reply from Biztour 360 Virtual Tours 2020.08.26 Hi Aish...

Studios - your questions, answered.

How much does a virtual tour cost for a studio?
A single studio typically fits our Small tier at £525. Multi-room complexes usually land in the Medium tier at £825, covering the floors, control rooms and back-of-house.
Can the tour show the technical specification of each room?
With an enhanced tour, yes. Hotspots can carry dimensions, power, rigging, kit lists and downloadable spec sheets, placed exactly where a hirer is looking at that part of the room.
Can you shoot a studio with blackout or unusual lighting?
Yes. Controlled and low-light environments are routine for us, and we can capture a space both lit and blacked out so hirers see what it does in both states.
Can hirers book from inside the tour?
An enhanced tour can link straight to your availability calendar or enquiry form, so a producer who has just satisfied themselves the room works can book without leaving it.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
