Virtual tours for restaurants
Sell the atmosphere, not just the menu.
Diners choose with their eyes, and a menu cannot carry a room. A virtual tour sells the thing that actually decides the booking: how the place feels. It works hardest on group and private bookings, where one person is choosing on behalf of everyone else and needs to be sure before they commit. Add hotspots and the tour carries your menus, private dining details and booking links inside the experience, so the person browsing at eleven at night can reserve without leaving it.
- Show atmosphere and interiors on Google and your site
- Win group bookings and private hire
- Put menus and booking links inside the tour
- Show a refit the week it opens, not months later
Diners choose with their eyes - before they arrive
The menu tells people what you serve; the room tells them whether they want to be there. A virtual tour sells your atmosphere the way photos of plated food never can - and it's the atmosphere that wins group bookings, date nights and private hire.
We know hospitality: we've shot for the Be At One cocktail bar group and covered Caffè Culture, the UK's café and coffee-shop trade show.

Built for bookings, not just browsing
A Google tour puts your interior directly on Maps, where hungry people are actively choosing. An enhanced tour goes further - hotspots on the private dining room with capacity and hire details, a book-a-table button right where the appetite peaks.
Shoots happen outside service, staged with your team, so the room looks the way you'd want a first-time guest to find it.
“Great company, I cannot recommend them enough. Phill was very professional, explained everything to us in detail and offered a tailor-made solution for our needs. Such outstanding customer care is rare these days. Useful Report Reply from Biztour 360 Virtua...”

Restaurants - your questions, answered.
- How much does a restaurant virtual tour cost?
- Most bars and restaurants fit our Small tier at £525 - a one-time cost for a Google tour with no hosting or subscription fees.
- When would you shoot?
- Outside service - typically mid-morning between prep and lunch, or on a closed day. We stage the room with your team so every table looks reservation-ready.
- Does a tour actually help bookings?
- Interior confidence is a proven driver for group bookings and private hire in particular - organisers need to see the space before committing a party to it. The tour answers that instantly.
- Can we show our private dining room or function space?
- Yes, and you should - an enhanced tour can hang capacity, menus and enquiry buttons directly on those rooms.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
