- Most clinics and practices fit our Medium tier (£825) depending on the number of treatment rooms. That's a one-time cost with no subscription for a Google tour.
- How do you handle patient privacy?
- We shoot outside clinic hours with no patients on site, and we agree the capture route with your practice manager beforehand - nothing is shown that you haven't approved.
- Where does the tour appear?
- On your Google Business Profile and Maps listing, embedded on your website, and anywhere else you'd like to reassure patients - booking confirmations work particularly well.

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

15 min responseCall, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We aim to respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

Book your date
50% depositA 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
2 to 8 hoursBetween 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
25% on completionEvery panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

Live and signed off
25% on deliveryBetween 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
