Helping Families Choose a Care Home From Anywhere

Often decided by a relative who lives hours away, under real time pressure.

Choosing a care home is one of the hardest decisions a family makes, and it's frequently made under time pressure by relatives who live hours away and cannot easily visit in person before a decision is needed. A tour is the single most useful thing a home can put on its website.

Families want to see the actual bedrooms, the lounges, the dining room and the gardens, unedited. A tour that shows the whole home honestly builds the trust a brochure never will.

  • Lets distant relatives assess a home properly before a decision has to be made
  • Shows bedrooms, lounges and gardens unedited, building trust a brochure can't
  • Reduces show-arounds that were never going to convert, freeing your manager's time
  • Care homes need our Large tier at £950, covering room types, communal areas and gardens

A decision made under real pressure

Unlike most purchase decisions, choosing a care home is often forced by a sudden change in circumstances, and the family member making the call is frequently not local. A tour lets them see the actual home properly, unedited, from wherever they are, at exactly the moment they need to.

What builds trust here isn't polish, it's honesty

Families specifically want to see bedrooms, lounges, the dining room and the gardens as they really are, not a styled selection. A tour that shows the whole home honestly, room types rather than every individual bedroom, builds a kind of trust that a glossy brochure actively works against, because families have learned to distrust glossy.

Privacy, and what the shoot covers

Shoots happen in empty rooms and cleared communal areas, with no residents in frame unless a family has given written consent, and your manager approves every scene before publication. One capture per room type is enough for families to understand what's on offer, which keeps most homes in the Medium to Large tier depending on how extensive the grounds are.
