Rolling out virtual tours across an estate of locations is a logistics problem as much as a photography one. We provide full dedicated project management for campaigns from 5 all the way up to 400+ locations - scheduling, capture, quality control and delivery, with one team and one invoice.
Our largest campaign to date covered over 160 Häagen-Dazs locations across Europe, the UK, South America and the Caribbean. Closer to home, we shot all 53 Richer Sounds stores in the UK without disrupting a single trading hour, and we have worked in France, Morocco, Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Mauritius and Brazil.

How it works
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Every photographer on our roster shoots to the same written specification, with centralised quality control on each capture. A tour shot in Glasgow is indistinguishable from one shot in London.
You get a client portal showing the status of every location, with the direct URL, embed code and image download links for each one, available at the click of a button.
As one project rather than a stack of individual quotes, and the per-site cost improves with volume. Travel outside London Zones 1 to 4 is priced by mileage or transport mode and set out in the quote.

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
