When the thing you are selling is invisible, abstract or not yet built, animation is the only honest way to show it. It is also the right choice when a brand needs a look that live action cannot deliver.

A production rather than a shoot, so there is a concept stage at the front and an edit stage at the back.

Concept and quote
We work out what the film needs to do before anyone picks up a camera: who it is for, where it will be seen, and how long it should run. Social cuts, a homepage hero and a full brand film are different jobs and are quoted differently.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Planned around your business, with the setup and lighting that the concept calls for. If you are also having a virtual tour or photography, we capture it on the same visit so you only pay for the setup once.

The edit
Grading, sound, music and motion graphics as required, then a first cut for your review. Revisions are agreed at the quoting stage so you know exactly what is included.

Delivery
The final film, plus any social cuts specified in the brief, delivered once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
Animated Video - your questions answered
How much does an animated video cost?
Animation is quoted per project rather than from a fixed starting price, because the cost sits almost entirely in the build. The length, the style and the amount of illustration required all move the figure, and we scope it with you first.
How long does animation take?
Longer than a live-action shoot, because there is no shoot day - it is all build. We agree the timeline at the scoping stage and you approve the storyboard before production starts.
Can you animate in our brand style?
Yes. We work to your brand guidelines for colour, typography and illustration style so the film looks like it came from you rather than from a stock library.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
