Aerial video gives context nothing at ground level can: the scale of a site, the setting of a building, the relationship between spaces.
One aerial move can replace a paragraph of explanation. For a hotel it shows the grounds and the pool in a single shot; for a development it shows the plot, the access and the neighbourhood; for an event it shows the scale of the thing you are trying to sell tickets to.
Our aerial work includes films that open on a terrace and rise to reveal a pool and grounds in one move, which is the shot that sells a venue.

A production rather than a shoot, so there is a concept stage at the front and an edit stage at the back.

Concept and quote
We work out what the film needs to do before anyone picks up a camera: who it is for, where it will be seen, and how long it should run. Social cuts, a homepage hero and a full brand film are different jobs and are quoted differently.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Planned around your business, with the setup and lighting that the concept calls for. If you are also having a virtual tour or photography, we capture it on the same visit so you only pay for the setup once.

The edit
Grading, sound, music and motion graphics as required, then a first cut for your review. Revisions are agreed at the quoting stage so you know exactly what is included.

Delivery
The final film, plus any social cuts specified in the brief, delivered once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

Are you licensed and insured to fly?
Yes. All aerial work is flown by qualified, insured operators, and we handle the permissions required for the airspace you are in. Some central London locations are restricted, and we will tell you at the quoting stage rather than on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Drones do not fly safely in high wind or heavy rain, so aerial shoots are booked with weather contingency. We would rather move the date than deliver a shaky shot.
How much does aerial video cost?
From £1,450 plus VAT. Where aerial is one part of a larger production, it is usually the cheapest element to add because the crew is already on site.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
