Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms govern the supply of virtual tour, photography and video services by Biztour, 86-90 Paul St, London EC2A 4NE. By accepting a quotation or paying a deposit, you agree to them.
1. Quotations
Every quotation is prepared for your specific requirements rather than taken from a rate card. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. A quotation becomes a contract when you accept it in writing or pay the deposit, whichever happens first.
All prices are plus VAT. VAT is shown separately on your quotation and invoice.
2. Payment terms
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Finished work, including tours, photography and video, is released once the final payment has cleared. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may attract interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
3. Travel and expenses
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Any parking, congestion or clean air charges, and any permits or access fees required at your premises, are charged at cost and shown in your quotation wherever they can be anticipated.
4. Scheduling, access and cancellation
The deposit secures your date. You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed time, and for having the space ready to be photographed: tidy, lit and with any areas you want excluded clearly identified.
- Postponing more than 7 days before the shoot: the deposit is carried to the new date at no charge.
- Postponing within 7 days, or if we cannot gain access on the day: the deposit is retained to cover the reserved time, and a new deposit is payable for the rearranged date.
- Cancelling after the shoot has taken place: the full fee remains payable.
Where weather prevents exterior, twilight or aerial work being carried out to standard, we will reschedule that element at no additional charge.
5. Delivery
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
For Google virtual tours, publication is then subject to Google's own quality control. Usually 24 to 48 hours after we upload, though it can occasionally take longer. That stage sits with Google's own quality control team, so it is the one part of the process outside our control. That stage is outside our control and is not included in our turnaround.
6. Hosting
Google virtual tours have no hosting fee at all. Matterport and enhanced tours are hosted at £60 per year per tour, paid by the client.
Hosting is billed annually in advance. If hosting lapses, the tour may become unavailable until it is renewed. Google virtual tours are unaffected, as they carry no hosting fee.
7. Copyright and licence
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
That licence covers your own marketing in any medium, including your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising. It does not permit resale or sub-licensing of the imagery to third parties as stock, and it does not transfer copyright.
We may show work we have produced in our own portfolio and marketing. If a project is confidential, tell us and we will exclude it.
8. Your obligations
You confirm that you have the right to permit photography at the premises, and that you have obtained any consents needed from landlords, tenants, staff or visitors who may appear. Where a shoot involves children, patients or residents, you are responsible for confirming that safeguarding and consent requirements have been met before we attend.
9. Amendments and reshoots
Minor corrections to delivered work are included. Changes to scope after the shoot, additional scenes, or reshoots because the space has changed are quoted separately. A reshoot is quoted at full price, but get in touch before you assume that. There are cases where we can offer a returning-client rate, particularly on multi-site estates.
10. Liability
We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and certificates are available on request. Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
