Work.Life and The Trampery are two real, distinct multi-site coworking rollouts we've delivered, and the numbers behind them are worth looking at honestly, not as a sales pitch but as a genuine example of what a multi-site campaign actually involves.

  • Work.Life: 10 live tours across London and Manchester, 804 panoramas total
  • The Trampery: 4 live tours across 3 east London campuses, 63 panoramas total
  • Both captured to one consistent standard, so members can honestly compare locations
  • Both managed as a single campaign, not as separate individual bookings

Work.Life: 10 sites, 2 cities

Work.Life's coworking spaces across London and Manchester were captured floor by floor so members can pick a desk before they visit, 804 panoramas in total across the rollout. Every site was shot to the same specification, which is what lets a member genuinely compare a London location against a Manchester one, rather than judging each on inconsistent, separately-sourced photography.

The Trampery: 3 campuses, one east London identity

The Trampery's workspaces for makers and founders, including Fish Island and Poplar Works, were captured across their east London campuses, 63 panoramas total. A smaller rollout than Work.Life's, but the same underlying principle: consistent capture lets a founder deciding between campuses see both honestly before choosing.

What both rollouts have in common

Neither was booked as a series of separate one-off shoots, both were managed as a single campaign with one specification and one point of contact, which is the only way to genuinely guarantee consistency once you're coordinating multiple sites. That's the actual operational lesson behind both sets of numbers.

Questions people ask

How many panoramas does a typical coworking site need?

It varies by size, Work.Life's 10 sites averaged just over 80 panoramas each, while smaller Trampery campuses needed fewer, reflecting the size and number of distinct areas at each location.

Were these two clients priced the same way?

Both were quoted as multi-site campaigns with dedicated project management, the standard approach for any coworking operator running more than a handful of locations.

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
