Reducing No-Shows With a Clinic Tour
Reassurance and wayfinding, from the same shoot.

For a GP clinic or physiotherapy practice, a tour does two jobs at once: it reassures anxious or first-time patients, and it works as wayfinding, showing people where to go before they ever arrive.
Our client Dr Martin Saweirs, a private GP, described our service as faultless, from the first call to the finished tour, which is the standard we hold every healthcare shoot to.
- Reassures anxious and first-time patients before their first appointment
- Works as wayfinding, cutting the calls reception fields about where to go
- Directly supports private patient acquisition, where trust decides the booking
- Most clinics fit Small (£525) or Medium (£825) for larger multi-room practices
Two very different audiences, one shoot
Private practices use a tour mainly as a conversion tool: a patient paying for care out of pocket is assessing whether the environment justifies the fee, and seeing a genuinely professional, well-kept clinic answers that before they've even called. Larger and NHS-adjacent practices get a different, quieter benefit: fewer missed appointments and fewer reception calls asking where the entrance actually is, both of which are real operational costs, not just marketing nice-to-haves.
Wayfinding is the underrated half of this
Capturing the entrance, reception and the route to the waiting area does something most clinics don't think to ask for: it reduces the calls your reception team fields from patients who can't find you, particularly in larger buildings or practices tucked away from a main road.
Confidentiality, handled properly
Shoots happen outside clinic hours or in cleared areas, with no patients, records or screens in frame at any point, and every scene is approved by your team before it goes live. This is non-negotiable and applies to every healthcare shoot we run, regardless of practice size.
