Virtual tours for concert halls
Sightlines answered before a ticket is sold.

Concert halls face a question no other venue gets asked as often: what can I actually see from that seat. A tour captured from the seating tiers answers it directly, and it answers it for promoters assessing the room as well as for audiences buying tickets.
- Capture views from the seating tiers, not just the stalls
- Give promoters the technical picture without a site visit
- Reduce ticketing complaints about restricted views
- Menu navigation for multi-space buildings
Why it works for this sector
For promoters and production managers, the tour is a technical document: stage dimensions, rigging, get-in access and the shape of the room. For audiences, it is reassurance that the restricted-view seat is not as restricted as it sounds.
We built the enhanced tour for the Roundhouse in Camden, one of the most recognisable performance spaces in the country, with a navigation menu covering the Main Space, the studios and the bars. It has been live for over 11 years, and averaged more than a minute of engagement per session in its first 6 years.
How big a tour do you need?
Concert halls typically need our Large tier at £950, with the XL rate of £300 per additional 10 scenes for buildings with several performance spaces.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
Concert Halls virtual tours - your questions answered
Can you capture the view from specific seats?
Yes. Scenes can be placed at seating positions across the tiers so audiences can check sightlines before booking, which is one of the most persuasive uses of a tour in this sector.
Can you shoot with the room lit for a show?
Yes, and for performance spaces we recommend it. A hall lit as it is on a show night sells the experience in a way that house lights never will.
How much does a concert hall tour cost?
From £950 for up to 30 scenes, with additional scenes at £300 per 10. Multi-space buildings are usually best served by an enhanced tour with a navigation menu, at £495 on top. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
