Virtual tours for venue groups

Every venue in the group, to one standard.

Running several venues creates a problem single-site operators do not have: your marketing is only as strong as your weakest venue's photography. A group rollout fixes that by capturing every site to the same specification.

  • Every venue captured to one written specification
  • Scheduling worked around live events across the portfolio
  • One portal with links and embed codes per venue
  • Per-venue cost falls with the size of the rollout

Why it works for this sector

We manage multi-site campaigns from 5 locations up to 400 and beyond, with dedicated project management throughout. Scheduling around live events across a portfolio is a logistics exercise, and it is one we do routinely.

The output is a client portal showing the status of every venue, with the direct URL, embed code and image links for each one. That is the same system we built for the Richer Sounds campaign across 53 UK stores.

Priced as one project rather than a stack of separate quotes, the per-venue cost falls as the portfolio grows.

How big a tour do you need?

Quoted as a single campaign. Individual venues still fall into the standard tiers, but the per-site rate improves with volume.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Venue Groups virtual tours - your questions answered

How do you schedule across a portfolio of live venues?

We build the schedule around your events diary, venue by venue, and confirm each shoot with the local team in advance. Working around trading and events is standard rather than exceptional for us.

Will every venue look consistent?

Yes, and that is the point. Every photographer on our roster shoots to the same written specification with centralised quality control, so your smallest venue looks as good as your flagship.

How is a group rollout priced?

As one project. The per-venue rate improves with volume, and travel outside London Zones 1 to 4 is priced by mileage or transport mode and set out in the quote. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
