Virtual tours for roof terraces and garden venues

The view is the product. Show the view.

Outdoor venues sell on something entirely outside your control: the view and the weather. A tour lets you show the first at its best, and reassure people about the second.

  • Let visitors look around the view rather than at a photo of it
  • Answer the wet-weather question in the same tour
  • Capture the terrace lit for evening as well as daytime
  • Reach event and party bookers searching locally

Why it works for this sector

A roof terrace booking is made on the strength of the outlook, and no photograph conveys it properly because a photograph cannot pan. A 360 capture puts the visitor in the middle of the terrace and lets them look around at the skyline, which is the entire sell.

The other question every booker asks is what happens if it rains. Capturing the covered areas, the retractable roof or the indoor overflow in the same tour answers the objection before it becomes a reason not to book.

How big a tour do you need?

Terraces and gardens usually need our Medium tier at £825 where indoor spaces are included.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Roof Terraces and Garden Venues virtual tours - your questions answered

When is the best time to shoot an outdoor space?

Golden hour or twilight for the atmosphere, and a clear day for the view. We book outdoor shoots with weather contingency and will move the date rather than deliver a grey capture.

Can you capture both day and evening?

Yes, and for terraces it is worth it. The daytime capture sells the view and the evening capture sells the atmosphere, and they attract quite different bookings.

How much does a roof terrace tour cost?

From £525 for the terrace alone, or £825 where connected indoor spaces are included. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
