Virtual tours for hotels and resorts
Show the actual room, not a room like it.
Guests booking a hotel are trying to avoid one specific disappointment: arriving to find the room is smaller, darker or tireder than the photographs suggested. A tour removes that risk, and removing it is what lifts direct bookings.
- Show every room type honestly, not one flattering example
- Lift direct bookings and cut OTA commission
- Arm your MICE and weddings team for remote pitching
- Reach guests booking from other time zones
Why it works for this sector
Every OTA listing shows the same flattering wide-angle shot of one room type. A tour shows all of them, honestly, which sounds like a disadvantage until you realise it is exactly why guests trust it and why they book direct rather than through a platform taking commission.
The bigger commercial case is meetings and events. Your sales team can walk a corporate booker or a wedding couple through the function rooms on a video call, from anywhere, at any hour. Our aerial work opens on a terrace and rises to reveal a pool and grounds in a single move, which is the kind of shot that sells a venue before anyone reads a rate card.
How big a tour do you need?
Hotels need one scene per room type plus public areas, restaurant, spa and function rooms, which usually means our Large tier at £950 or the XL rate of £300 per additional 10 scenes.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
Hotels and Resorts virtual tours - your questions answered
Do you need to shoot every room?
No, one scene per room type is enough. Guests want to see the category they are booking, not all 80 bedrooms, so we capture a representative example of each.
Can you shoot around guests?
Yes. We work with your housekeeping schedule, capturing show rooms between checkout and check-in and public areas at quiet hours. No guest appears without consent.
How much does a hotel virtual tour cost?
Most hotels sit in our Large tier at £950 for up to 30 scenes, with additional scenes at £300 per 10. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
