Virtual tours for cabins and glamping

The setting sells it. Capture the setting.

Cabins and glamping are bought on a feeling: the idea of being somewhere else entirely. That feeling lives in the space around the cabin as much as inside it, which is why a 360 capture works better here than any photograph.

  • Show the outlook and the privacy, not just the interior
  • Capture the site in its landscape from the air
  • Answer how-far-apart and how-remote questions
  • Reach guests booking a feeling rather than a room

Why it works for this sector

Standing inside a 360 scene at the door of a cabin, looking out at the view, is the closest a booking page gets to the actual experience. It shows the privacy, the outlook and the distance to the neighbours, which are the three things guests are really assessing.

Aerial capture adds the context that ground level cannot: how the site sits in the landscape, how far apart the units are, what the surroundings look like. For rural sites that is often the shot that converts.

How big a tour do you need?

A site with a few unit types plus outdoor areas usually need our Medium tier at £825.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Cabins and Glamping virtual tours - your questions answered

Can you capture the surroundings as well as the cabins?

Yes, and for this sector it matters more than the interiors. Outdoor scenes and aerial capture show the setting and the spacing between units, which is what guests are really buying.

What about seasonal differences?

Sites look very different in summer and winter. Most operators capture in their strongest season, and some capture twice so the tour matches what a guest will actually arrive to.

How much does a glamping site tour cost?

From £525 for a small site, or £825 where there are several unit types and extensive grounds. Aerial photography is from £650. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
