How much does a nursery virtual tour cost?
Most single-site nurseries fit our Small tier at £525 - a one-time cost with no ongoing fees for a Google tour. Larger settings with extensive outdoor space may sit in Medium at £825.
Will children appear in the tour?
No. We shoot outside session hours so no children are present. The result is a clean, transparent view of your rooms and facilities.
How does the tour help with enquiries?
Parents arrive at show-arounds already familiar with your setting and asking better questions. Many settings also send the tour link in enquiry replies - it keeps you in the conversation while parents compare options.
How long does the shoot take?
A typical nursery is captured in 2 to 8 hours, with the finished tour live in 4 to 10 working days.

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
