Day care decisions are made by working parents in the evening, after their children are asleep, on a phone. A tour is the only thing that lets them properly assess a setting at that hour, without booking a visit or taking time off work for a daytime tour.

We shot exactly this for 345 Pre School in Muswell Hill: a playroom captured honestly, so a parent scrolling at night can see it properly before ever picking up the phone.

  • Lets parents assess a setting at the hour they actually research, not just during your opening hours
  • Shows room brightness, cleanliness and outdoor security, without needing an appointment
  • Reduces show-arounds for settings with a waiting list, freeing your manager's time
  • Most day care centres fit our Medium tier at £825 with extensive outdoor space

What a parent is actually checking

It's specific: are the rooms bright and clean, is the outdoor space secure, how much room is there per child, does it look like somewhere a child would genuinely be happy. A tour answers all of that without an appointment, at the exact hour a working parent is actually free to look.

This matters more for childcare than almost any other category, because the decision is emotional and the parent usually can't visit during the working day without taking time off.

What's never in shot

Children are never in frame. Shoots happen outside operating hours or on closure days, and staff appear only with written consent, so there's no privacy or safeguarding question to navigate. A typical setting takes two to three hours to capture, comfortably within a weekend or closure-day window.

The waiting-list effect

For a setting with more demand than places, a tour does something extra: it reduces the number of show-arounds your manager runs for parents who were always going to be on a waiting list regardless, freeing that time for the conversations that actually convert into a place being taken up.
