Virtual tours for cruise ships

One ship, many cabins, one decision.

Cruise passengers book a cabin grade months in advance, from a deck plan and a single photograph. It is one of the least informed purchases in travel, and the source of a great deal of disappointment at embarkation.

  • Show every cabin grade so passengers choose correctly
  • Drive upgrades by showing what the next grade offers
  • Sell public areas that differentiate the ship
  • Reduce complaints from mismatched expectations

Why it works for this sector

A tour of each cabin grade fixes that. Passengers see the actual difference between an inside cabin, an oceanview and a balcony, which both reduces complaints and, more usefully, drives upgrades when someone sees what the next grade up actually offers.

The public areas do the other job: showing the restaurants, the pool decks and the theatre is what sells the ship over a competitor sailing the same itinerary.

How big a tour do you need?

Ships need our XL tier, from £950 with additional scenes at £300 per 10, captured deck by deck.

Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.

See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.

Cruise Ships virtual tours - your questions answered

Do you need to capture every cabin?

No, one per grade. Passengers are choosing a category, and showing the difference between grades is what drives upgrades.

Can you shoot while the ship is in service?

Cabins are captured during turnaround and public areas at quiet times. We work to the ship's schedule.

How much does a cruise ship tour cost?

From £950 for up to 30 scenes, with additional scenes at £300 per 10. Whole-ship captures are quoted as one project. All prices are plus VAT.

How long does it take from shoot to live?

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.

Who owns the finished tour and images?

We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
