Virtual tours for yacht and boat charter
Below deck is where the booking is decided.
Charter clients book on the interior. The exterior shots sell the fantasy, but the decision is made below deck, where the client is working out whether the cabins, the saloon and the heads are worth the weekly rate.
- Show cabins and saloon honestly, not just the exterior
- Let brokers present the vessel from anywhere
- Justify charter rates with real interior detail
- Reduce viewings for clients in other countries
Why it works for this sector
A tour walks them through the whole vessel, cabin by cabin, which is the only honest way to show a space that is by definition compact. Clients paying charter rates want to see exactly what they are getting, and a tour is far more convincing than a gallery.
It also solves a practical problem: your vessel is rarely in the same place as your client, and a tour lets a broker present it from anywhere in the world.
How big a tour do you need?
Most vessels need our Medium tier at £825 for larger yachts with several decks.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
Yacht and Boat Charter virtual tours - your questions answered
Can you capture a vessel in a marina?
Yes. We shoot on board with the vessel berthed, usually taking two to three hours depending on size.
Should we capture the exterior too?
Yes, and aerial photography works particularly well for vessels, showing the deck layout and the boat in its setting.
How much does a yacht tour cost?
From £525 for a smaller vessel, or £825 for larger yachts across several decks. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.
- 0115 min response
Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.
- 0425% on completion
Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.
- 0525% on delivery
Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
