Matterport tours start from £550; larger floor plates and multi-floor buildings are scoped by scene count - most fall our Large tier (£950).
Can occupiers take measurements from the tour?
Yes - accurate measurements are captured within the tour, which is often the single most-used feature for space-planning occupiers.
Can you shoot occupied buildings?
Yes, with scheduling around tenants - early mornings and weekends are typical. Vacant floors are captured as found or post-refurbishment.
Does this work for industrial and retail units too?
Yes - warehouses, retail units and mixed-use schemes all benefit from remote inspection, especially for out-of-area parties.

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
