A completed ARCO Developments new-build scheme at dusk

Virtual tours for construction

Document progress. Resolve disputes. Market off-plan.

Regular 360 capture of a construction site creates a time-stamped visual record of progress - invaluable for stakeholder updates, dispute resolution and marketing developments before they complete.

  • Time-stamped progress documentation
  • Remote stakeholder and investor updates
  • Market developments before practical completion

A time-stamped record of every stage

Regular 360 capture of a live site creates something a photo folder never can: a walkable, time-stamped record of exactly what was built, when. For stakeholder updates, progress claims and dispute resolution, that record pays for itself the first time it's needed.

We capture new-build schemes for developers including ARCO Developments, returning at agreed milestones so the record stays continuous.

Market before practical completion

Off-plan sales move faster when buyers can walk the show unit - or last month's capture of their actual plot. Investors and funders get remote oversight without site inductions, PPE and travel.

Milestone capture also feeds handover: a walkable record of first fix before the walls close is gold for snagging and future maintenance.

Construction virtual tours - your questions answered

How much does construction progress capture cost?

It depends on site size and visit frequency - milestone programmes are quoted per campaign. One-off captures follow our standard tiers from £525.

How often should we capture?

Monthly or at build milestones (foundations, frame, first fix, completion) are the common patterns. We'll agree a schedule that matches your reporting cycle.

Can our capture crew work on a live site?

Yes - our photographers work within site inductions and safety requirements as standard. Tell your site manager to expect us like any other contractor.

Can the captures support disputes or claims?

A time-stamped visual record of site state is exactly the evidence progress disputes turn on. Many clients treat capture as insurance as much as marketing.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
