Virtual tours for civic buildings

Public spaces, publicly accessible.

Town halls, libraries and public buildings serve everyone - including people who can't easily visit. Virtual tours improve accessibility, support event hire and preserve an accurate record of publicly important spaces.

  • Improve accessibility for all citizens
  • Support venue hire and public events
  • Create a lasting digital record

Public spaces should be publicly accessible

Town halls, libraries and civic centres serve everyone - including residents who can't easily visit. A virtual tour extends access to people with mobility constraints, carers planning a visit, and anyone who simply wants to know what to expect.

It also creates an accurate, time-stamped digital record of publicly important buildings - valuable for facilities teams, heritage documentation and public accountability alike.

Support hire income and public engagement

Many civic buildings double as event venues. A tour lets community groups, wedding parties and commercial hirers assess rooms remotely, cutting show-around workload for your staff while lifting hire enquiries.

We're experienced in working within public-sector procurement and scheduling requirements, and shoots are planned around public opening hours.

Civic Buildings virtual tours - your questions answered

How much does a civic building tour cost?

Most civic buildings fall in our Large tier (£950) depending on the number of public rooms. Multi-building estates are quoted per campaign.

Does a tour genuinely help accessibility?

Yes - visitors can preview step-free routes, lifts and facilities before travelling, which is precisely the information accessibility-conscious visitors say they need.

Can the tour support venue hire?

Strongly. Hirers can scout rooms, capacities and layouts remotely, and an enhanced tour can carry hire rates and enquiry links on each room.

Can you work within our procurement process?

Yes - we're used to public-sector engagement processes. Get in touch and we'll provide what your procurement team needs.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
