Virtual tours for factories and manufacturing

Open your facility without opening your doors.

Manufacturers use virtual tours for supplier audits, client due diligence, training and recruitment - showing off capability and standards without the cost and disruption of endless site visits.

  • Support remote supplier and client audits
  • Showcase capability and quality standards
  • Use for induction and training

Open your facility without opening your doors

Supplier audits, client due diligence, certifications - manufacturing lives on proving capability, and every site visit costs a day of management time and a production interruption. A virtual tour handles the first pass remotely.

We've captured production and showroom environments internationally, including Original BTC's Paris showroom, shot on one of our overseas campaigns.

One tour, many jobs

The same capture supports remote client audits, investor presentations, recruitment (candidates see a modern, safe facility, not a stock photo), and induction - new starters walk the line before their first day.

You control what's captured: sensitive processes and IP-critical areas are simply left off the route, agreed with you before we shoot.

Factories and Manufacturing virtual tours - your questions answered

How much does a facility virtual tour cost?

Facility size drives it: compact units fit Medium (£825), full production sites typically use Large (£950) plus £300 per additional ten scenes.

What about confidential processes and IP?

We agree the capture route with you beforehand - sensitive lines, tooling or R&D areas are excluded entirely. Nothing appears in the tour that you haven't approved.

Can you shoot around production?

Yes - maintenance windows, weekends or line-by-line scheduling all work. Our photographers follow your site safety requirements as standard.

Can the tour be used for training and induction?

Yes - many manufacturers use the tour for new-starter orientation and visitor pre-induction, cutting time spent walking the same route with every guest.

How it works

Virtual tours, start to finish

From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

  1. 0115 min response

    Tell us about your space

Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

  2. 0250% deposit

    Book your date

A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

  3. 032 to 8 hours

    Shoot day

Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

  4. 0425% on completion

    Stitching and post-production

Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

  5. 0525% on delivery

    Live and signed off

Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.

Ready to open your doors 24/7?

Our prices start at £435 and are based on your specific requirements. We endeavour to respond to all form submissions and email enquiries within 15 minutes.

5-star rated on Google

I used Biztour to get virtual tours done of all our coworking spaces and I am so pleased with how they turned out! They were super communicative, and really flexible to help us hit our deadlines.
