One of the most iconic music venues of London if not the UK, the challenge for the Roundhouse is that they have so much going on in such a large space across 3 floors.
We used Tourdash to help users of the tour navigate around the key areas of the building, which otherwise could have been frustrating for some users with a standalone Google virtual tour due to the nature of the size and layout of the building, more than likely resulting in a drop-off of users.
One the last 6 years since they commissioned us to create their Google Virtual Tour and Tourdash enhancement, they have had an average usage time of their tour of around 1m13secs per session which is ideal for a CTA to be triggered, along with thousands of unique and repeat users, all bringing them a huge ROI to date and will continue to do so.
