How it works
Photography, start to finish
A straightforward shoot-to-delivery process, with edited images in your hands within 4 to 10 working days.

Brief and quote
Tell us what the images are for: a website, portal listings, a brochure, recruitment. What they are used for changes how we shoot them. You get a written quote within 15 minutes during business hours.
- 0250% deposit
Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.
- 032 to 8 hours
Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours depending on the size of the space. Exterior and twilight work is booked to a specific light window, and we will move the date rather than deliver images shot in poor conditions.

Editing and colour correction
Full post-production is included: selects, retouching and colour correction. You are not handed a folder of raw files to sort through.

Delivery
Images are delivered web-ready and print-ready once the final payment is settled. We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.

How much does event photography cost?
From £650, depending on the length of coverage required. Tell us the running order and we will quote for the hours you actually need. All prices are plus VAT.
How quickly do we get the images?
Event work is turned around at the faster end of our range, because the value drops as the event recedes. Tell us if you need a same-week social edit and we will build it into the plan.
Have you covered trade shows before?
Yes. We were the official photographers for Caffè Culture, the café and coffee industry's trade show at the Business Design Centre in Islington, covering the show floor, exhibitor stands and candid visitor coverage.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
