An enhanced virtual tour takes a standard 360 tour and layers it with interactive hotspots - information points, images, video, links and calls to action - so visitors don't just look around, they're guided through your space with purpose.
It's the difference between letting people wander and giving them a tour. Every hotspot is an opportunity to answer a question, remove an objection or move the visitor a step closer to an enquiry.

How it works
Virtual tours, start to finish
From first enquiry to a tour live on Google, the whole thing takes 4 to 10 working days after the shoot.

Tell us about your space
Call, email or send a floor plan and we will count the scenes and tell you which tier you fall into. We respond to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, with a tailored written quote rather than a figure plucked out of the sky.

Book your date
A 50% deposit secures the date, due no later than two weeks before the shoot. Travel is free within London Zones 1 to 4; anywhere else is priced by mileage or transport mode and shown in your quote.

Shoot day
Between 2 and 8 hours on site depending on the size of the space, planned around your opening and trading hours. We have shot entire retail estates without costing a single trading hour, so working around you is normal rather than exceptional.

Stitching and post-production
Every panorama is stitched, levelled and colour corrected, then built into a tour that matches the layout of your space. If you have commissioned an enhanced tour, this is where the hotspots, menus and calls to action are added.

Live and signed off
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job. Google tours then go through Google's own quality control, which usually takes 24 to 48 hours. Once you have signed off, the final payment is due and everything is sent over.
Enhanced Virtual Tours - your questions answered
What does the enhanced layer actually add?
Interactive hotspots, a navigation menu and calls to action built into the tour itself, so visitors are guided along a route rather than left to wander. Up to 30 hotspots are included, and further hotspots are £100 per 10.
How much does an enhanced tour cost?
The basic tour price plus £495. So a small space is £525 + £495, and a medium space £825 + £495. Hosting is £60 per year per tour. All prices are plus VAT.
Can the tour match our branding?
Yes. We apply your logo, brand colours and fonts so the tour feels like part of your site rather than a bolt-on. If you need the entire interface designed from scratch, that is a bespoke tour rather than an enhanced one.
Can I add the enhanced layer to a tour I already have?
Yes. The capture is the same, so an existing tour can be enhanced later without reshooting, at the same £495.
Does the enhanced tour still show on Google?
Yes. The underlying Google virtual tour still publishes to Maps, Search and your Business Profile. The enhanced version is what you embed on your own website.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
