We became one of the first Google Trusted Photographers in the UK back in 2013. Since then we've shot from the silver city of Aberdeen, across all 32 of London's boroughs, all the way to the beaches of Devon, and into seven countries beyond that. Over a decade of doing this teaches you a few things that don't show up in any single project.

What changes, and what doesn't
The technology has changed considerably since 2013, camera resolution, stitching software, what Google's platform can actually do with a tour. What hasn't changed is the underlying reason it works: people trust what they can see for themselves more than what they're told, and that's as true of a corner shop in 2026 as it was of the first tours we shot over a decade ago.
What scale actually teaches you
1,338 tours across every kind of business, cafes, hospitals, universities, nightclubs, wedding venues, teaches you that the specifics genuinely differ by sector, but the underlying mechanism, removing uncertainty before a visit, doesn't change. What changes is what specifically needs reassuring: a nervous dental patient needs something different shown than a corporate office letting, but both are solved by the same tool used thoughtfully.
Why the response promise still matters after a decade
We still commit to responding to every enquiry within 15 minutes during business hours, the same promise we made when the business was considerably smaller.
