A designer concession on a retail shop floor, shot by Biztour

The Flagship Store as a Marketing Asset

A flagship isn't just a shop. Let it market the brand indefinitely, not just in person.

A flagship store is a brand statement as much as it is a shop floor, often the single largest investment a retailer makes in physical presence. Right now, that investment only markets the brand to the people who physically walk through the door.

A tour lets it keep working after that: on Google Maps at the moment of local search, embedded on the brand's own site, shared as proof of the standard the store was built to.

  • Extends a flagship's brand statement beyond the people who physically visit
  • Puts the store on Google Maps at the exact moment of local search
  • Showcases the design investment (fixtures, concessions, layout) as marketing in itself
  • Most flagship stores need our XL tier, captured floor by floor

The investment is already made, this just extends its reach

Design fees, fixtures, the concession layout, a flagship store represents a substantial investment that a browsing customer can currently only appreciate by physically visiting. A tour lets everyone who's ever going to search your brand's name locally see that same investment, indefinitely, at no ongoing cost for a Google tour.

Making a large store legible

Big-format retail has a problem small shops don't: customers get lost, and only ever discover the two floors or sections they already know. A tour works as a navigation tool as much as a marketing one, showing what's on each floor and where the concessions or departments sit before someone arrives, which keeps them in the building for longer once they do.

What to capture, floor by floor

Large-format and flagship stores typically need our XL tier, with additional scenes at £300 per 10, usually captured and delivered floor by floor so cost spreads sensibly against the size of the site. With an enhanced tour, individual concessions or departments can carry their own hotspot linking to their own brand or range.

Questions people ask

Can we capture floor by floor?

Yes, and most large stores do. Each floor is a phase, which spreads the cost and lets you prioritise the departments that matter most.

Can individual concessions or brands be highlighted?

With an enhanced tour, yes. Each concession can carry its own hotspot linking to its brand or product range.

How much does a flagship store tour cost?

From £950 for up to 30 scenes, with additional scenes at £300 per 10 for larger formats. All prices are plus VAT.
