Virtual tours for mma gyms
Mats, cage and conditioning, shown properly.

MMA gyms have a specific problem: the discipline sounds intimidating to exactly the beginners who would most enjoy it. The space itself is usually far more welcoming than the reputation suggests.
- Close the gap between intimidating reputation and reality
- Show mat area, cage and conditioning space clearly
- Attract beginners who would otherwise never enquire
- Answer mat and cage dimension questions for fighters
Why it works for this sector
A tour lets someone see the mat area, the cage, the conditioning equipment and, crucially, how ordinary the place looks. That gap between expectation and reality is where your new memberships come from, and only a tour closes it.
For established members and visiting fighters, the tour also answers practical questions: mat size, cage dimensions, whether there is separate space for striking and grappling.
How big a tour do you need?
Most MMA gyms need our Medium tier at £825 where striking and grappling areas are separate.
Every tour is priced on scenes, not square footage.
See what each tier includes, or answer five questions and we will size it for you.
MMA Gyms virtual tours - your questions answered
Will a tour put beginners off?
The opposite, usually. The reputation is more intimidating than the room, so showing the space plainly tends to increase beginner enquiries rather than reduce them.
Can you capture the cage properly?
Yes. A 360 scene shot from inside the cage is one of the most compelling things you can put on an MMA gym website.
How much does an MMA gym tour cost?
From £525, or £825 where there are separate striking, grappling and conditioning areas. All prices are plus VAT.
How long does it take from shoot to live?
Between 4 and 10 working days from shoot to live, depending on the size of the job.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your date and is due no later than two weeks before the shoot. 25% is payable once the shoot is complete, and the final 25% on delivery and sign-off, at which point the tour and any photography or video assets are sent to you.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included free within London Zones 1 to 4. Anywhere else is priced by mileage or by mode of transport, and it is set out in your quote before you commit.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices are plus VAT. Your written quote always shows the VAT separately, so there are no surprises at invoice.
Who owns the finished tour and images?
We retain copyright of the finished work, and you receive a lifetime licence to use it however you like: your website, listings, social channels, print and advertising.
