Consistent Brand Presentation Across Every Store

One weak site drags the whole brand down, even if every other store is excellent.

A retail group's marketing is only as strong as its weakest site's photography. When one store looks tired online, it drags the whole brand down in a customer's mind, even if the flagship two miles away is excellent.

We shot all 53 Richer Sounds stores nationwide to this exact standard, working around each store's own delivery times and opening hours, without a single trading hour lost across the entire rollout.

  • Every site captured to one written specification, so the smallest branch matches the flagship
  • Scheduling planned around each individual store's trading hours, not a blanket schedule
  • One central portal with links and embed codes per location, not fifty separate email threads
  • Per-site cost improves as the group grows, quoted as one campaign

The Richer Sounds standard

A group rollout fixes the weak-site problem by capturing every location to the same written specification, with centralised quality control throughout. The Manchester branch ends up looking as considered as the flagship, because the exact same specification produced both, not because the Manchester store happened to have a better photographer that day.

We manage campaigns from 5 sites up to 400 and beyond with dedicated project management, the same system that ran across all 53 Richer Sounds stores without costing a single trading hour.

Managing the output at scale

Fifty-three finished tours create a real logistics problem of their own: which link goes with which store, who has the current embed code, where the image assets live. We built Richer Sounds a central tool to pull the direct URL, embed code and image links for any of the 53 locations at the click of a button, rather than fifty-three separate email threads of assets to track down.

What happens as the estate changes

Nearly two years after the initial rollout, Richer Sounds commissioned a second campaign specifically to reshoot the stores that had since been refurbished, keeping every one of the 53 tours an accurate representation of the store a customer will actually walk into. That's the realistic long-term shape of a multi-site rollout: capture once to a standard, then update only what's genuinely changed.

Questions people ask

Will shoots disrupt trading across our stores?

No. We schedule around each site's trading hours individually, which is how we ran all 53 Richer Sounds stores without a single disrupted trading hour.

Can new stores be added to an existing campaign?

Yes. New openings are added to the existing campaign at the agreed rate, which keeps the whole estate consistent as you grow.

How is a multi-site rollout priced?

As one project rather than separate quotes, with the per-site rate improving with volume. Travel outside London Zones 1 to 4 is priced by mileage or transport mode. All prices are plus VAT.
